Frequently Asked Questions

Will this really work?
It worked for us. We can't guarantee that it will work just as well for you, but we think it will help.
Does this work for all states?
No. This only works for California. We have not tried to register any corporations in other states. We are not attorneys and incorporation is really not our business. However, if you have experience incorporating in other states and would like to contribute to this site, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Why are you doing this?
We have learned a great deal from the startup community over the years, so we figured this is the least we could do to give back to the community. We want to help startup entrepreneurs get on their feet quickly. Try it out and let us know what you think.
Who's behind this?
IncBaby is a product of Qovax, a small web development team that build thoughtful web applications and beautiful websites from sunny California.
